The full player registration process includes some medical and code of conduct certifications that need to be accepted by both parents and players. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your player's medical history and insurance information, as well as your credit/debit card or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Affinity Stack Sports.
